To reflect the Echo Entertainment Group values and the overarching strategy of our entertainment industry, a set of cultural behaviours has been created called the 5Fs. The 5Fs should be demonstrated in everything that we do: from customer service, team work, work ethic, leadership, policies and procedures. Our reward and recognition program, Shine, is based on these fundamental behaviours that are management and peer assessed, as well as formally assessed by our customers through Customer Surveys.
